Now you have to change your life and you have to try to stay with family members, and friends and you talk to them about your life problem and how to overcome it. Instead of being alone gossiping with friends and playing in the fields. Then the more negative thoughts won’t come.And you feel more happy and healthy.

    To make good habits you can reduce your negative thoughts and you will be able to focus on your daily activities. When a man stays in bad things and negatives work then he always thinks negative.     If you believe in god then pray to. After that you have to read good books everyday. Then you have to take care of your health and fitness like doing exercise and playing, walking, and watching the good web series that inspire you to become a good man.
